GENERAL NOTICE 
1.The rates quoted herein are in US Dollars.
2.The rates are applicable to the works carried out the normal working hours, that is five working days a week, and eight working hours a day. Ant works done outside of this hours or on National holidays and yards holidays shall be charged with extra overtime, ship on voyage repair will be priced extra.
3.All prices quoted herein are for ship repairs carried out in the premises of shipyard, extra price should be added for such repairs carried at the port berth, buoys, anchorage according to the actual work to be done.
4.Any vessel during the period of repair in the yard, unless agreed by the yard, the Customer shall not be permitted to employ any labour other than yard to perform repairs.
5.The yard shall not be responsible for the consequences of war, earthquake or causes beyond yards control.
6.All scrapped material except heavy parts of machinery, propeller and tailshafts shall be yards property.
7.This tariff is applicable to repair of freight carriers only, repairs of other types of ship are beyond of this tariff scope.
8.This tariff becomes effective from January 1st 2007 subject to revised price depending on the change in material cost etc. without notice.

Note: (1)Floating dock extra 10% to be added. (2)Above rates excluded towage service and line handlers for docking and undocking. (3)Minimum charge will be calculated on the basis of 48 hours. Any fraction of the subsequent day shall be counted as one full day. (4)Any vessel having gross tonnage less than of 60% her deadweight, shall be charged with dockage calculated as if her gross tons were of 60% the deadweight. (5)When the vessel which cargo on board is allowed to drydock, weight of the cargo on board shall be added to gross tonnage of the vessel. (6)Special vessel shall be charged extra. (7)Extra charge shall be paid when: remove and replace kill blocks for access to repair USD 75 per each, remove and replace side blocks for access to repair USD 50 per each. (8)Loss incurred, if any, may be claimed for compensation against abrupt cancellation after shipyard made all necessary proparation for the docking.

    3. Tailshaft
3.1 Conventional service ---- draw of tailshaft, for examination, measure, and recording, rope guard to remove, propeller to disconnect and tailshaft to draw, including removal of one intermediate shaft, bearing and colling water pipe, in shaft alley, stern gland to repack with owner supplied packing, upon completion to reinstall

Note: (1)Above price including necessary staging. (2)The following items shall be charged extra. Shaft alignment adjustment shall be extra. Filling with tallow in propeller bonnet and boss. Renewal of water seal rubber ring. Magnaflux test. on tailshaft cone. Removal and replacement of miscellaneous fitting in engine room and shaft alley, such as handrails & cables etc. Any repair and/or renewal. Tailshaft and/or propeller to workshop. (3)Above price diameter of tailshaft means diameter of the brass sleeves. (4)Controllable\pitch propeller shaft to be considered separately. (5)Due to tailshaft, intermediate shaft, main trust shaft removal, necessary removal hull plate extra charge. (6)40% of price of the above will be charged in case of disconnecting only propeller.


3.2 Removal rope guard and measure stern tube bearing wear down and renew with owner`s supply packing.

    5. Underwater work
5.1 Sea chest:
Removal strainer sea chest clean. one coat paint and close up on completion.

5.2 Sea valve:
